I haven't received the jewelry I ordered yet.
Can you help me track it?
Once your jewelry ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. If it seems like your order is delayed or lost, we’re here to help.
Please email us at wireandstoneco@gmail.com with the subject: Track My Order, and include your name and order number. We'll be happy to track your order and make sure it gets to you as soon as possible.
If the incorrect shipping address was inputted, Wire and Stone is not responsible to reach out to the postal carrier. If the shipment is returned to Wire and Stone after a failed delivery because of an incorrect address, you as the customer are responsible for covering the new shipping fee.
What's the best way to take care of my jewelry?
Our jewelry is designed to be low-maintenance yet long-lasting with proper care. Follow these simple tips to keep your Wire & Stone pieces shining for years:

Water Sensitivity: Check each product description to see if your piece is water-safe before exposing it to moisture.

Cleaning: Gently clean your jewelry regularly with a soft cloth to remove dust, oils, and residue that may dull its shine.

Storage: Store pieces individually in cases or boxes to prevent tangling, scratching, or damage.

Avoid Chemicals: Keep jewelry away from perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, and chlorine, as these can harm metals and gemstones.
How long does it take to receive my jewelry once ordered?
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the creation and processing of your order before it is shipped. For more information, please reference our shipping policy.
During holiday periods, launches, or sales, processing times may extend to 5 to 10 business days. We appreciate your patience as each piece is carefully crafted with love!
Can I use a discount code if I have a bundle in my cart?
Bundles offer a higher discount than site-wide discount codes, so you cannot use the discount code if you have a bundle in your cart.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
At Wire and Stone, we carefully test and select each product before it’s listed for sale. We want you to love your jewelry as much as we do, so if something isn’t quite right, please let us know.
We do not offer returns, but we're happy to process exchanges for full-priced items that are in their original, unworn condition. To start the process, please email wireandstoneco@gmail.com with the subject: Exchange Form, and we’ll guide you from there.
Once your exchange request is approved and we’ve received your item, we’ll issue you store credit. Please allow up to 14 business days after receiving your return for processing. Customers are responsible to cover the shipping return fee.
CUSTOM PURCHASES: Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange any custom purchases, including all charm pieces, as each is handcrafted by our team. Thank you for choosing Wire & Stone for your jewelry needs! It is a joy to serve you.

How can I make that happen?
